The Aston Martin Residences

With luxury brands quickly expanding to segments foreign to their core business in hopes of addressing an ever growing client base, think Louis Vuitton's ear-pods or Bottega Veneta furniture , real estate seems like the new hot-ticket in this field. After the success of developments like the Porsche Design Tower in Miami and Pininfarina's Cyrela in São Paulo, Aston Martin steps in with a Miami project of their own: The Aston Martin Residences.

Due to completion in 2022, the Miami Downtown address aims to become the tallest building in the city's skyline. Offering only residential units over its 66 floors, these range between 65 sqm and 1,765 sqm with prices reaching the 50 million USD mark.
